2 parts Elderflower Presse (a sparkling non-alcoholic beverage on its own)
1 lime wedge
Fresh mint and blackberries to garnish

Rocks glass with ice: pour in your gin with the Elderflower Presse, squeeze a lime wedge worth of juice into your cup (throw away rind).

**This same drink can be made holding off on the gin**

Homemade Lemonade topped with Elderflower Presse:
*Liquor optional

Lemonade
1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
3-4 cups cold water

Simple Syrup
1 cup water
¾-1 cup sugar

Elderflower presse to top off

**this drink can be made alcoholic by adding 1 part gin, 1 part lemonade, 1 part Elderflower Presse when serving**

Squeeze the juice of 4-6 lemons to get 1 cup of lemon juice.  Add in your 3-4 cups cold water into your pitcher- to dilute (test as you go along to determine your desired strength).

Simple Syrup: Bring 1 cup water and ¾ or 1 cup sugar to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer till the sugar dissolves(roughly 3 mins).

Stir occasionally, once the sugar has dissolved remove from the stove and let cool down to room temperature.

Add into your lemonade mixture, stir and let cool in the fridge for 1 hour.

When ready to serve: Use a highball glass and fill up 2/3 with your homemade lemonade and top off the last 1/3 with Elderflower Presse.  Garnish your refreshing, summer beverage with fresh lemon wedges and drink up!
