In 1985, Lance began his apprenticeship as a butcher at Phil Katzs’ Shop’N’Bag on 70th and Grover. Since that apprenticeship he has worked as a butcher. He even worked at the Co-op from 1999-2008. Now the Co-op is honored to have him back.
Lance was born and raised in Lansdowne, Pa. He moved to Wallingford 13 years ago, where he still currently lives. He has three beautiful women in his life: two daughters, Gabrielle and Alexis, and his wife Kim.
On his days off, Lance likes hiking, target shooting and training his dog, Bruno.
